Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your ESCADA account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your items, including all original designer tags and protective packaging, into the original shipping box and include the completed return form.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid UPS or DHL return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your parcel at an authorized service point or schedule a collection; once our boutique team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
